To find a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry that can tell a story within its delicate and handcrafted details can be a rare opportunity. However, Nancy Velasquez of MJF Bridal has made her artistic bridal accessories within reach of Valley brides, as well as brides from across the globe, so that their wedding day look will become a timeless masterpiece with the perfect accessory.

Designer Nancy’s childhood and young life was spent in Mexico attending a convent where she learned the trades of sewing and cross-stitching, a merchant-style craft that she carried with her over the next 20 years. What started as a simple project then she designed and created her own wedding jewelry has now turned into a widely popular online shop where brides of all styles and budgets can discover the hidden gem that was missing from their bridal look. A unique variety of pieces from bracelets and combs to hair jewelry and sashes, each piece is handcrafted to perfection using a combination of textures and delicate skills. Nancy brings in artesian trades from around the world to build her jewelry, such as tambour beading and somebana, a Japanese silk flower technique. Pair these with the finest silks and French laces, along with Nancy’s creative and artistic vision and her out of the box designs, and you have wedding day jewelry that will be cherished for years to come, surely becoming a family heirloom.

Soon to open a store front location right here in the Rio Grande Valley, MJF Bridal, short for MariaJuliet Feliciano, is happy to continue customizing jewelry pieces for brides and to see the jeweled and soft accessories bring out the bride’s beauty on her special day. There are no words to describe MJF Bridal, you must simply see for yourself and be drawn into the masterpieces fashioned just for you.
