30″ cocktail table with linen and 1 chair (one person booth) *If you wish to have a cocktail table, you are limited to only be on the cocktail table and not have a set up larger than the space allocated. (limited availability, first come first serve basis.)
We are advertising this event via paid social media ads, radio station, website, bridal e-newsletters, and SMS Text Marketing. We encourage all vendors to also share on their own social media.

Food & Beverage Businesses:
The city of McAllen requires food & beverage samples to be pre-packed and served with gloves.
Florists & Rental Businesses:
Quinta Mazatlan is a beautiful outdoor location, we strongly encourage florists and rental businesses to showcase their talents and claim a spot to decorate at no extra charge. Claim your spot on the registration page. (first come first serve basis)
Vendors are allowed to sell products or services.
One vendor per booth. No two or more different businesses, even if owned by the same owner, are allowed in one booth.
Cocktail table: only one person per booth
6ft Rectangular tables or 60″ Round tables: only two people are allowed per booth
*Set ups larger than 3ft must reserve the 6ft or 60″ roundtable*
Vendor Spot Availability:
We have limited spots due to spacing therefore it is a first come first serve basis. You secure your spot when 1. Registration form is completed and 2. payment is completed.
We like to have a variety of vendors at our bridal shows, therefore, will limit vendor category at The Valley Wedding Pages’ discretion.
