*No one is allowed to tear down before 2:15

 

Vendor Booth Fee:

Due to limited space, spots are only open to VWP clients.

FREE: Participants will be given a 30″ cocktail table with linen and only 1 person can represent the booth. Please limit set up to fit 30″ cocktail table.

 

Advertisement:

We are advertising this event via social media,  website, bridal e-newsletters, and SMS Text Marketing. We encourage all vendors to also share on their own social media.

 

COVID Guidelines:

Must wear a mask, provide hand sanitizer by your booth and encourage contactless sign-ups.  Click here for Vendor COVID Guidelines and tips.

 

Food & Beverage Businesses:

Samples will be permitted. Must wear gloves and mask.

 

On-Site Sale:

Vendors are allowed to sell products or services.

 

Vendor Booths:

One vendor per booth. No two or more different businesses, even if owned by the same owner, are allowed in one booth.

 

Vendor Spot Availability:

We have limited spots due to spacing therefore this event is only open o VWP vendors and it is a first come first serve basis.

We like to have a variety of vendors at our bridal shows, therefore, will limit vendor category at The Valley Wedding Pages’ discretion.
