Sarah Chapa & Michael Mena

Married December 27, 2019

After a morning filled with celebration and excitement, bride Sarah was dressed in a custom trumpet style gown swathed in lace and beading applique as she was walked down the aisle by her stepfather to the love of her life, Michael, who waited for her looking dapper in a classic black tuxedo. The Catholic ceremony was full of tradition, a lazo belonging to the groom’s grandmother, and the vows that pronounced the couple as Mr. & Mrs. Mena. The reception that followed held the holiday spirit with Christmas trees covered in twinkling lights and an elegant palette of creams and golds, with a bountiful dinner deliciously served. Sarah and Michael were happy to dance together as husband and wife to Elvis Presley’s famous “Can’t Help Falling in Love” before dancing the night away with their guests. The tiered Italian cream and almond wedding cake and firefighter groom’s cake was served, the donut bar was visited multiple times, and soon the festivities ended with a sparkler sendoff.
