The Valley Wedding Pages is seeking an Office Assistant & Sales to provide administrative, organizational, and sales assistance while supporting the day-to-day operations of our print and digital publications.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping behind the scenes, supporting client relationships, and contributing to marketing and event efforts.
About the Role
As an Office Assistant & Sales, you will handle essential clerical and administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly, while also assisting the sales and marketing. You will support event preparation, client communications, social media assistance, and internal organization.
You will also assist during Valley Wedding Pages events and occasionally represent the brand in a professional, welcoming manner.
What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and eager to learn. You enjoy multitasking, can work independently, and take pride in completing tasks accurately and on time. A passion for weddings, events, or marketing is a plus.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Proficient computer skills
- Warm, professional personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with limited supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Availability to attend Valley Wedding Pages events
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Organize files, documents, and internal systems
- Schedule appointments and assist with correspondence
- Proofread documents and marketing materials
- Assist with event preparation and on-site support
- Support social media and marketing initiatives
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups, prep work, and coordination
- Run company errands as needed
Schedule & Work Hours:
- This position is part-time, with full-time opportunities available for candidates who take on sales responsibilities
- Office access is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Occasional evenings or Sundays may be required to support events, but scheduled in advance
- Team members choose their own schedule within office hours

Travel Expectations:
Office Assistants will travel approximately 30% of the time to run company errands and assist with events.
Pay Rate
- Starting $8.50/hour (base clerical role)
- $9.50–$15/hour with sales commission opportunities
