“We met in March 2023 at a church conference. Our engagement happened during a family trip to Yellowstone! We began our day by taking a dip in a creek, followed by a beautiful hike up Grand Teton to Hidden Falls. Afterward, we enjoyed horseback riding and then drove through Moran, Wyoming, to a stunning overlook of the mountains for family photos. When it was our turn to take photos, he spun me around a couple of times, and when I turned back to face him, he was down on one knee and popped the question, “Will you marry me?”
