Nadia’s wedding journey kicked off with the hunt for the perfect dress. The moment she tried on the first gown—a gorgeous piece with delicate lace, a thin belt, and layers of flowing tulle—she just knew it was "the one." It was light, comfortable, and totally breathtaking, making her feel like a princess.
One of the most memorable moments of their big day happened during the church ceremony when Nadia and Stephen saw each other for the first time. Locking eyes was such an intimate experience, and exchanging vows surrounded by family and friends made everything feel extra special. Their Catholic ceremony followed meaningful traditions that added a spiritual touch to the day.
For the reception, Nadia had this amazing vision of taking their guests to an exotic forest or jungle. With help from their wedding designer, Arian Casas, they transformed the venue into a lush, immersive experience that perfectly reflected their love. It was vibrant and lively, making the night unforgettable for everyone. They chose the venue not only for its potential to bring their dream to life but also because it could accommodate a large guest list, with many loved ones traveling from out of state and even abroad.
The bride also made a splash by wearing two additional dresses, each with its own unique vibe. The event designers transformed a space at the venue into a special bridal suite for her to easily switch dresses throughout the night, so she could celebrate in style and dance the night away without a hitch.
To add a personal touch, Nadia surprised Stephen by performing a folkloric dance from Veracruz. Even after years of dancing, he had never seen her perform, so it was a truly special and magical moment.
From start to finish, every detail was on point. The flowers, custom setups, music, and smooth coordination were all perfectly planned to create a breathtaking event. A special thank you goes to Jim and Diane Bassetti for their extraordinary generosity in gifting the couple an unforgettable wedding.
Now, Nadia and Stephen are excited about their next chapter—starting a family. They dream of making a meaningful impact in their community while keeping old traditions alive and creating new ones.
