Sponsorship Opportunity

Valley Wedding Pages wish to pursue a sponsorship request for its 2023 Battle of the Brides event. This event will host up to 200 guests and will be a great afternoon of Fun Summer Games!

Swag Item Donation:

We will have 50 swag bags for the first 50 VIP brides. Items can be dropped off Monday-Friday 10am-4pm at 1101 Vine Ave, Suite D, McAllen, TX 78501. Contact [email protected] for more information.

Challenge Booth: $175

• Must be a Valley Wedding Pages Client
  • Host a challenge (VWP will provide you with all the information)
  • Provide 1 winning prize (must be related to your service)
  • 6 ft table with linen and 2 chairs
  • Showcase your products/services

Challenge Booth: $250

• Open to Non-Valley Wedding Pages Clients
  • Host a challenge (VWP will provide you with all the information)
  • Provide 1 winning prize (must be related to your service)
  • 6 ft table with linen and 2 chairs
  • Showcase your products/services

**Original booth with no challenge or winning prize is $300 more than the price above.

**All Challenge Booths MUST provide at least 1 winning prize related to your service.

Camp Sponsorship: $400

• Open to everyone
  • Host a challenge (VWP will provide you with all the information)
  • 6 ft table with linen and 2 chairs
  • Showcase your products/services
  • Social Media shoutouts
  • Business Name on The Valley Wedding Pages 2023 Fall Magazine

Sergeant Sponsorship: $650

• Open to everyone
  • Host a challenge (VWP will provide you with all the information)
  • 6 ft table with linen and 2 chairs and option to add a 2nd table
  • Showcase your products/services
  • Social Media shoutouts
  • Business Name on The Valley Wedding Pages 2023 Fall Magazine
  • Your logo in the event program & event welcome posters. (deadline September 5th) .
  • Your logo on Valley Wedding Pages e-blast that goes out to 5k+ emails.Sponsor
  • Side Banner on www.valleyweddingpages.com homepage for 3 months.

Major Sponsorship: $1,000

(only 1 available, first come first serve)

• All of Sergeant Sponsorship items.
  • Allowed to have up to 4 business banners at the event
  • Be the main event sponsor
  • Have logo on the event ad that will be displayed on social media, emails, and text blasts.

Food Vendors

We will be selling tickets to people in attendance. Each food vendor will be accepting ONLY these tickets. Valley Wedding Pages will receive 30% of Food Vendor Sales. A check will be provided to Food Vendor within 10 business days of the event. Since we want to avoid too many vendors of the same type of food, each food vendor that wants to sell must contact 956-240-8191. Please send a text if the call is missed.

Any vendor that wants to provide FREE samples to people in attendance, will receive a FREE booth. Please complete the form below. Samples must be enough for the amount of people in attendance. We will give you an estimated number within a week of the event.

All major credit cards are accepted. NO VENMO or CASHAPP. There are no refunds or credits. If a vendor is a no-show, Valley Wedding Pages reserves the right to sell the space.
