Vendor/Sponsor: "Battle of the Brides"
Valley Wedding Pages wish to pursue a sponsorship request for its 2023 Battle of the Brides event. This event will host up to 200 guests and will be a great afternoon of Fun Summer Games!
Swag Item Donation:
We will have 50 swag bags for the first 50 VIP brides. Items can be dropped off Monday-Friday 10am-4pm at 1101 Vine Ave, Suite D, McAllen, TX 78501. Contact [email protected] for more information.
Challenge Booth: $175

**Original booth with no challenge or winning prize is $300 more than the price above.
**All Challenge Booths MUST provide at least 1 winning prize related to your service.
Camp Sponsorship: $400
Sergeant Sponsorship: $650
Major Sponsorship: $1,000

We will be selling tickets to people in attendance. Each food vendor will be accepting ONLY these tickets. Valley Wedding Pages will receive 30% of Food Vendor Sales. A check will be provided to Food Vendor within 10 business days of the event. Since we want to avoid too many vendors of the same type of food, each food vendor that wants to sell must contact 956-240-8191. Please send a text if the call is missed.
Any vendor that wants to provide FREE samples to people in attendance, will receive a FREE booth. Please complete the form below. Samples must be enough for the amount of people in attendance. We will give you an estimated number within a week of the event.
All major credit cards are accepted. NO VENMO or CASHAPP. There are no refunds or credits. If a vendor is a no-show, Valley Wedding Pages reserves the right to sell the space.
