The Wedding of Anissa Gonzalez & Cory Esparza

Sunny skies and a crisp autumn breeze made for the perfect day for Anissa and Cory to tie the knot on November 13, 2021. Anissa spent the morning of her big day reflecting on her relationship with her soon-to-be husband. From their first date and when she asked him if he’d like to meet again, to when he asked her to marry him, the day they had both been waiting for was finally here! Having spent the past year crafting the perfect wedding, Pinterest boards and planning her entire celebration herself, Anissa watched as her dream wedding came to life. She had meticulously selected every neutral champagne and mauve tone in her reception décor; seeing the tables adorned with the elegant wooden runners she had chosen was a fairytale. Getting ready with her bridal party, Anissa let go of any pre-wedding worries and simply enjoyed the day celebrating the beginning of a new journey with Cory.

As the ceremony time approached, thefrenzied energy began to set in. Anissa swiftly finished preparing to walk down the aisle. She waited for the nerves to kick in, but to her surprise they never came. She was bubbling with excitement as she walked towards the alter with her father. Anissa’s first look with her wedding guests a moment she’ll never forget. She took in the scene; everyone in attendance played a meaningful role in their story. There was no reason to be jittery, not when she was surrounded with so much love and care.

Guests enjoyed a sunset cocktail hour as Anissa and Cory took their first photos as a married couple. Their authentic smiles in every image showcases their playful relationship and the constant laughter between the two. Their friends and family shared in the love and joy of the happy occasion and observed heartfelt sentimental moments. One such moment was Anissa’s father-daughter dance to “Butterfly Kisses.” After dinner, the dance floor was never empty with both, Anissa and Cory’s families dancing the night away.

As the night progressed, Anissa and Cory prepared for their sparkler send off. Guests lined up with their sparklers cheering for the newlyweds as Cory and Anissa ran back and forth through the paved path laughing with their friends and family. It was a special moment in which their personalities shined through as they giggled with their guests in a goofy, carefree manner. After the sendoff, Anissa, Cory, and their guests headed back for more dancing! A dancer at heart, Anissa cherished the time on the dance floor with her bridesmaids. It felt like everyone was celebrating with her and Cory, even those who say they don’t dance were bouncing to the beat with her!

Anissa and Cory’s wedding day was absolutely joyous from beginning to end. As Anissa looks back at the photos, admiring the details of her flowers and the smiles on her family’s faces, she’s overjoyed by the splendor of it all. There’s not one thing she would’ve changed. It was truly her dream wedding, marrying the love of her life.
